my system currently has no flow meter. if i add a flow meter do i need to upgrade any other components in the system or just plug in the new flow meter.

A:
The Controller would need to be upgraded as well, older Controllers before LightWise Technology was released do not have a port for the Flow Meter.
There is an upgrade kit available which includes a new Controller and Flow Meter, the Pro20 version can be found in the related products below.
