Q: Can I use the power cord off my old Trojan uv Max Model E.?

A: Yes you can use your old power supply cord provided it has the same "plug" in style connection.

Q: I have a Trojan UV disinfection unit circa 2008 with blue controller which i believe has blown out. Can I replace? It connects to end of UV water unit with a 4 pin push on to bulb end.

A: YES. This is a replacement for the Blue Box Controller. It comes with the wire and Lamp Harness which has the 4 pin connection for the current UV Lamps.
