Great Process

The process of ordering and installing the lamp was really easy. I was able to find the right lamp on the website and it qualified for free shipping! The lamp arrived in good time and was well packaged. The install process was good although a little more detail in the instructions would have been helpful as this is the first time I have done this process. Otherwise - very happy and will order again!

Q: Hello, I have the RC-B56.01 Luminor Blackcomb controller that requires the lamp key in order to reset the date when changing bulbs. Will your RL-820 bulb include this key? Also, will you ship to the US?

A: Yes, all of our Luminor Lamps are genuine and come with the lamp key which will work with a Luminor Ballast. If you Ballast is not branded as Luminor then the key will not work.
As to the second part of your question, we are a 100% Canadian Company and we do not ship to any other country.

Q: Does RL 820 replace CL820 (Culligan)? I see this has been asked before but couldn't find your response. This includes the key with bulb only? Thank you

A: Whilst the RL-820 is identical to the CL-820 it will NOT work in the Culligans' keyed controllers. Culligans have keyed their controller as such that you must buy the replacement bulbs directly from them, often sadly at a premium.

Q: Will this work in a Culligan UV lamp the key I mean. I know the bulb will fit

A: If the Culligan controller has a key port entry and as such requires a chip key, then the RL-820 bulb will NOT work. You would have to purchase the required bulb from Culligans going forward.
