Genesis H2O Replacement UV Lamp | Gen 5-10 | 40040015 / RL-820

Ordered new lamp. Very, very well packed. Delivery within 2 days of order. Very efficient. Thanks. However had trouble getting lamp to work. Followed install “re-boot” process. The controller “kicked out” circuit. Requested info input from wahwater customer service - No Response. Ultimately ordered a new controller. Fortunately both controller and this lamp both appear to be working. I do not recall the “red lettered warning” indicating this lamp would not work with certain controllers Response - Our apologies for the mishandling of your Information request, we do try our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner but unfortunately things get missed. Firstly I somehow ordered the wrong UV light, contacted customer service, exchanged the light with no issues. On a previous order, I needed a new chip for the controller, I phone and spoke with the rep and he sent one free of charge. Everything comes within a few days ABS the communications are excellent. I know when I will receive the product, how to follow up and ease of reordering. I love this website, and they’re Canadian!!!

The UV Light works as it should in our multi filter system keeping our drinking water clean. I live in the mountains of British Columbia so when spring time rolls around so does the murky water, but not in our house. Customer service is second to none. I love buying from this Canadian company. Everything is shipped quickly and arrives earlier than expected in very protective packages.
