Q: Looking to order a replacement Canature UV Lamp Series SI, that is 18 inches long. Wanting to verify that I will be getting the correct size. Your product 40020001 is what I am considering. Will this be the correct size, or what are your return policies? Thanks

A: This lamp is from the original manufacturer of the unit and is 46 cm long or 18.2 inches.
As for the return policy, any unused item can be returned in its original packaging within 30 days to our head office on Manitoulin Island.

Q: How long does shipping and handling usually take once an order is placed for a replacement UV lamp that you list in stock? We are travelling up to our northern ontario home and want the lamp to arrive while we are there. We would order this tomorrow if shipping is 7 days or less. Can we expedite shipping if it is going to take longer than 7 days.

A: When an item is available in stock and ordered before 2pm, we are usually able to ship it out the very same day. We use a variety of carriers including UPS, Canada Post and Purolator. Most parcels are processed as expedited, but should this not meet the required timeline, customers have the option to pay for quicker shipping times.
