Impressive Service!

I do not normally write reviews but my experience with this company has been fantastic! My filters fit perfectly and we have drinking water again. Two days and the package was at my door. A wonderful experience with a Canadian company! Thank you Wahl Water!

Canature 475

The product arrived exactly as shown online. Fit perfectly. It was very well packaged and Wahl Water kept me informed with a number of emails from ordering to shipping to follow up after arrival. Very pleased with my dealing with them and would order from them again. Forget to mention the cost. I found Wahl Water to be comparable or cheaper than other places .

Great Service

Order was received very quickly. It was one filter short. A quick call to a friendly support person, and the missing item was shipped out the same day. Received the next day! Easy filter replacement

This RO system has the easiest filter replacement ever. Turn off your supply, twist off, twist on the new one and you're done. The membrane filter is a little more involved but still easy. Water tastes great also.

Searching for filters out here in rural Sask is a challenge. Ordering online is the way to go with my ro system. The product, shipping included, was delivered to my post office. Excellent service. The parcel was misplaced by Canada Post who put it in the wrong rural mailbox. It took more than 10 days before a neighbour, who had inadvertently received it, delivered it to our house. Canada Post was clueless. The person at Wahl Water took the initiative to hunt for the missing parcel and, in the interim, was thoughtful enough to send out a replacement of our original order and kept in contact with us regarding their own efforts on our behalf.. So, top marks for Wahl Water. Very impressed with their efforts and conscientious service. A rarity these days as they actually consistently pick up their phone to help! Bravo, 5 stars!

Q: How often should the membrane filter be changed?

A: Typically reverse osmosis membranes should be changed every 2 to 3 years depending on the incoming water quality and usage of the system.

Q: System is 6 months old , pump is hammering and not producing much water. Is it time for filter change , should i be doing membrane also? or just the 3.

A: If your pump is "hammering" it is likely that you will require a set of 3 filter change. If the membrane is more than 2 years old, it should be replaced and this generally solves the hammering issue with the pump.

Q: Is the COC-10 filter the same as the GAC-10 filter? The documentation for the 475BP Pro R/O systems indicates that it needs one of each filter, the SED-10 filter and a membrane.

A: In a carbon block filter (COC-10), the carbon is ground into a fine powder and is compressed to form a solid block. A granular carbon filter (GAC-10), on the other hand, is made up of loose granules of carbon. The compact nature of solid carbon provides better purification whereas the looser nature of GAC provides a higher flow rate. The majority of our customers prefer 2 x COC-10 & SED-10 whereas some choose the SED-10 | COC-10 | GAC-10 Combination.

Q: Do I need to turn the water off to change the membrane or does it also have an auto shut-off?

A: In order to replace the membrane you will require to shut off the water supply to the system and the holding tank. The fittings will need to be removed in order to change the membrane. There is no automatic shut off.
