Business as Usual Following all Protocols
As the situation changes daily, there is a steady stream of news and information about COVID-19 (coronavirus). This rapidly changing situation, while challenging, will not stop our operations at this time and we are monitoring the situation closely. COVID-19 has affected all of us and we have taken measures in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as following our local government guidelines and recommendations.
At this time and until further notice, our warehouses remain OPEN but are closed to the public. Our main office is OPEN to customers mindful of social distancing for purchases and water testing. Orders placed online are being shipped via UPS, Purolator and Canada Post with some delays or interruptions. The safety of our employees is of utmost importance and we are encouraging social distancing whenever possible while still processing, packaging and shipping orders as they are received. Orders may experience delays in shipping times and we continue to make every effort to process orders with the quickest times possible. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.
