Question not answered
Two emails plus a voice message and they replied to my query after a week. They provided an apology but didn't address the issue I have with the filter. I sent another e-mail question, asking the same question. No reply this time. Hopefully I am using the proper filter. Response - Thank you for leaving this review and letting us know that you have still not been responded to. We have sent the information to another customer service representative who should be in contact with you shortly. Again I am very sorry for the delay for your actual question.
