Most Orders placed by 3pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped the same day for stock items. Orders received after 3pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) are usually shipped the next business day for stock items. Items not in stock will show the anticipated shipping back order time. Every effort is made to ship all products as quickly as possible.

We use most major carriers including UPS, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex and Canada Post for small packet parcels. For freight deliveries we most commonly use Manitoulin Transport. Shipping methods are based on item size, warehouse availability and your location. We do our best to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, however if you have a preferred carrier to use or avoid please let us know in the comments section of your order or by contacting us.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
