Q: How much water can be draw on one charge with the 33.4 gallon WR120R

A: It depends on the pressure your tank is set to, if you have it set for 40/60 psi the total Drawdown would be 9.7 Gallons or 36.8 Liters. If your tank is set to 30/50 psi it would be 11.3 Gallons or 42.6 Liters. The Quick Sizing Chart at the bottom of the Spec's Tab shows the Total Drawdown for all of the WR series tanks.

Q: How tall is this tank and whats the diameter

Q: Does this tank come pre pressurized? also do you have controllers for this as well

A: YES. This pressure tank comes with a pre charge air pressure of 38 psi from new. It can be adjusted if necessary to match the type of pressure with a pumping system. Q: I have a Wr120 OLC. Is this the same tank?

A: Assuming that the manufacturer is Flexcon Industries then YES this is the same tank as the model numbers have changed over the years however the dimensions of the tank have remained essentially the same.

Q: Hi, I have this tank in my crawlspace, the air valve has water pouring out of it. I’m guessing this means the bladder has failed? It is mounted horizontally, this tank is designed to be mounted vertically? Should the new tank be mounted vertically so the bladder does not fail again? This tank is 2 years old. Thank you for any suggestions.

A: The Well-Rite series pressure tanks are designed to be installed vertically. From new the tanks come with a 5 Year Bladder Warranty assuming they are installed correctly. When water comes out of the air valve in a pressure tank, it means that the interior bladder separating the pre-charge air and water inside the tank has ruptured. A replacement tank is required when this has occurred.

A: Water drains from a pressure tank when there is a demand for water on the outlet side of the tank. This can be from various sources such as a water softener, backwashing filter entering regeneration or a reverse osmosis system making water. Since this is not occurring every night, this is likely the source of water draining from the tank assuming there is a one of these units installed in your home.
