Warranty Information

The majority of products sold through www.wahlwater.com have a manufacturer’s warranty.  Wahl Water will act as the representative for that warranty as a part of our commitment to customer service. When claiming a warranty please have your proof of purchase ready and contact Wahl Water at 1-877-432-4117.

After a simple return procedure qualifying the warranty replacement, the product is to be returned us.  Upon receipt of the defective product, and establishment that it is indeed defective, we will issue a warranty replacement.  In the event that the customer requires a replacement product before the warranty process is complete, the customer can purchase the replacement product and once Wahl Water has received and quantified the defective part, a refund can be issued.
