Buying or Selling, the Water is Important.
Providing Testing Options, Consultation and Reporting.
Water potability (E-coli & Coliform) is a required part of every Real Estate Transaction that includes any type of financing. Buyers often request this with the purchase of any home and make it a condition of the sale. It is sometimes a requirement of the Home Inspection.
Our experience has shown that sometimes the quality of water is based on more than just a potability test. Objectionable parameters such as Harness, Iron, Sulphur, Tannin, PH and TDS can occur in varying levels across a wide variety of rural water sources.
While this is not the case for all water sources, it is a good idea to have the water tested before any sale or purchase of a property. Buying or Selling, the Water is Important.
