Distillation replicates Nature's method of purification. Boiling the water generates steam. The steam rises and contaminants such as microbiological organisms, particulates, chemicals, inorganic and dissolved impurities are left in the boiling chamber. The steam then passes over a set of Cooling Coils and is condensed back into water. A post activated charcoal polishing filter is used to remove any low boiling point organic contaminants and proves pure water.
